How are prices calculated?
Prices are based on the size of the property, condition, services required and location.
Why do you need photos?
Cleaning time can vary significantly depending on dirt, grease, limescale, stains, pet hair and overall condition. Photos help us provide a more accurate quote.
How many photos can I upload?
Please upload as many photos as you feel are helpful.
Do you clean outside windows?
No. We provide interior window cleaning only.
How does the deposit work?
A 20% deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining 80% is payable upon completion.
Can I request a specific date?
Yes. Your preferred date and time are not guaranteed; availability is confirmed after reviewing your request and the estimated time needed.
Do you cover areas outside London?
Yes, selected areas outside London may be accepted depending on the job size and location.
Can I book through WhatsApp?
Yes. You can contact Daisy directly on WhatsApp and share photos there if that is easier.

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange bookings and communicate about requested services. Photos are used to assess the cleaning or organising request and prepare an accurate quote. We do not sell your personal information.
Terms & Conditions
A 20% deposit may be required to secure a booking. More than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit may be refunded or transferred to a new booking date. Less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances may be considered case by case. The remaining 80% is payable upon completion.
